About our Organic Peanut Flour:
Our Organic Peanut Flour is made from organic high oleic raw peanuts, which have properly been cleaned, blanched, and electronically sorted in order to select the highest quality peanuts. The raw peanuts are then roasted and processed through a natural process to obtain an ultra fine peanut flour with a controlled 12% fat content. Our peanut flour is then batch tested Gluten-Free.
Organic high oleic peanuts are much more stable than traditional peanuts, resulting in a more stable peanut flour.
Our peanut flour is made from shelled and roasted organic peanuts. It’s very finely ground, full of nutty peanut flavor, and very versatile! It’s perfect for baked goods, for thickening sauces, and as a peanut butter substitute. It’s gluten-free, low-carb, and high in protein!
Gluten free – Our peanut flour is gluten-free, so it’s safe for those with gluten sensitivity or celiac.
Low carb – For those watching their carbohydrate intake, peanut flour can be great for baking and cooking; it has only 10 grams of carbohydrates per 28 gram serving.
High protein – Boasting nearly 13 grams of plant-based protein per 28 gram serving, our peanut flour is a great way to add nutritious protein to your recipes.

Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
1-½ cups ice 1-¼ cups unsweetened almond milk 3 tablespoons peanut butter 2 tablespoons Anthony’s Peanut Flour ½ teaspoon Anthony’s Xanthan Gum Stevia or maple syrup to taste ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract Chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and chopped peanuts for topping Toppings of choice (chocolate chips, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, berries, etc.) Instructions:
Place the ice in the blender and pour the almond milk over. Add the peanut butter, peanut flour, xanthan gum, stevia or maple syrup, and vanilla. Blend on high until very smooth. Transfer to bowl and top with chocolate chips, coconut, and peanuts. Prep time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1-2 servings
Protein Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut Butter Layer:
⅓ cup peanut butter ⅓ cup Anthony’s Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted 2 tablespoons maple syrup 3 tablespoons Anthony’s Pea Protein
¼ cup Anthony’s Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, melted 2 teaspoons maple syrup ¼ cup Anthony’s Cocoa Powder Instructions:
Peanut Butter Layer:
In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and pea protein; mix well. Divide between 8-10 foil muffin liners. Freeze until set.
In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cocoa powder; mix well. Divide between the muffin liners on top of the peanut butter layer. Freeze until set. Enjoy!

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
¼ cup softened Anthony’s Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil ⅓ cup peanut butter ⅓ cup Anthony’s Peanut Flour ⅓ cup Anthony’s Pea Protein 6 tablespoons powdered sugar ½ cup Anthony’s Coconut Flour Dash salt Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, peanut flour, and pea protein. Add the powdered sugar, coconut flour, and salt; mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet and press down with a fork. Chill until set. Prep time: 10 minutes
