Food to Live: Grown by Nature for a Delicious Life!
Why is Consuming Blanched Almond Flour Beneficial For You
Almond Flour by Food to Live is made of blanched almonds that are finely grounded to have a floury texture. It is packed with nutritional value such as protein, vitamin E, Manganese, Potassium, and healthy fat. It also contains a good amount of fiber.
Almond Flour is a good source of plant-based protein. Protein is important in repairing, restoring and maintaining health to almost every part of your body. Vitamin E contained in almonds makes the hair soft and silky. So, in addition to eating raw almonds, you can include this useful product into your diet through the Almond Flour.
Blanched Almond Flour is an amazing alternative to regular wheat flour, and not only for those allergic to gluten. It’s much more nutritious, so all the delicious desserts and baked goodies made with it are actually good for your health. It is great for cookies, pastries, and cakes and can be used as breadcrumbs for chicken and other meats.
A tablespoon of Almond Flour will make your vegan smoothie thicker and filled with healthy plant-based protein and fiber.
