At Prasada, we’re close to the dirt. Purchasing fresh coconuts from farmers and agricultural co-operatives in Southeast Asia, we work to ensure a traceable, sustainable supply chain. Yet even more important is that we use the whole fruit — husk, peelings, meat, and water — to produce oil, butter, flour, desiccated coconut, sugar, creams, milks, and milk powders. Nothing goes to waste.
